ALR-4500 is Koolance's highest performing ambient liquid cooling system. It can be oriented in horizontal or vertical orientations, and is rack-mountable. This model contains a large eight x 120mm fan aluminum radiator, providing roughly 4300W of cooling with a 25°C ambient delta. Coolant flow rate, temperature, and reservoir level are monitored, and a USB port allows control and logging of most features using the Koolance System Monitor application.

  • Cooling capacity: 4300W (14,672BTU/hr) with 25°C liquid-ambient delta @ 9LPM
  • Temperature in °C/°F with set-point based on: liquid (-30 to 90°C), or one of two optional K-type thermocouples (-20 to 120°C)
  • Pump: 10 manual levels, up to 10.5LPM (2.8GPM)
  • Select only values you want displayed on the front 2-line OLED display (fixed or rotating)
  • Show coolant flow rate in LPM/GPM
  • Show pump impeller speed in RPM
  • Enable audio alarm based on: temperature, flow rate, and/or reservoir coolant level
  • Enable relay trigger (NO or NC) based on: temperature, flow rate, and/or reservoir coolant level
  • Power input: 110/220VAC, 50-60Hz
  • Max power consumption: 220W
  • Reservoir capacity: 2.5l (0.66gal)
  • NPT 1/4in threads on back for fittings

The cooling system can be positioned in multiple ways. Feet are included for vertical tower or horizontal orientations, with fans facing up or down. The unit also fits within a 3U profile and includes rack mountable ears. The front display can be rotated for these positions by hand. NOTE: 3 x 700mL bottles of coolant are recommended for this system.

Coolant flow rate, temperature, and reservoir level are monitored, and a USB port allows control and logging of most features using the Koolance System Monitor application.

  • Cooling capacity: 4600W (15,696BTU/hr) with 25°C liquid-ambient delta @ 10LPM
  • Temperature in °C/°F with set-point based on: liquid (-30 to 90°C), or one of two optional K-type thermocouples (-20 to 120°C)
  • Pump: 10 manual levels, up to 12LPM (3.2GPM)
  • Select only values you want displayed on the front 2-line OLED display (fixed or rotating)
  • Show coolant flow rate in LPM/GPM
  • Show pump impeller speed in RPM
  • Enable audio alarm based on: temperature, flow rate, and/or reservoir coolant level
  • Enable relay trigger (NO or NC) based on: temperature, flow rate, and/or reservoir coolant level

Liquid Coolants

Koolance's product warranty does not cover the use of 3rd-party coolants, coolant additives, or corrosion. Koolance LIQ-702 or LIQ-705 coolants are strongly recommended to help avoid issues with mixed metals or biological growth. Additionally, do not use aluminum with bare (unplated) copper or bare (unplated) brass in the same system. Do not use silver with nickel in the same system.

(NOTE: Rev.1.1 of this product has changed the rear fitting threads from G 1/4 BSPP to NPT 1/4in.)

ALH-2000 is an ambient liquid cooling system with heating capabilities to maintain a steady temperature for a non-constant heat load, or for a cold plate/sample which must stay near or above the ambient room temperature.

ALH-2000 monitors coolant flow rate, temperature, and reservoir level. It contains a large stainless steel coolant reservoir with an internal coolant pump outputting up to 8.8LPM (2.3GPM). A USB port allows control and logging of most features using the Koolance System Monitor application.

  • Cooling capacity: 2000W (6824BTU/hr) with 25°C liquid-ambient delta @ 8.8LPM
  • Heating capacity: 1000W
  • Temperature in °C/°F with set-point based on: liquid (-30 to 90°C), or one of two optional K-type thermocouples (-20 to 120°C)
  • Pump: 10 manual levels, up to 8.8LPM (2.3GPM)
  • Select only values you want displayed on the front 2-line OLED display (fixed or rotating)
  • Show coolant flow rate in LPM/GPM
  • Show pump impeller speed in RPM
  • Enable audio alarm based on: temperature, flow rate, and/or reservoir coolant level
  • Enable relay trigger (NO or NC) based on: temperature, flow rate, and/or reservoir coolant level

ALX-750-P400 Modular Liquid Cooling System (Rev.2.0)

Koolance's ALX series are powerful liquid cooling systems with expandable thermal capacities and software logging. ALX-750-P400 provides approximately 750W of cooling using a single fan radiator.

This version includes the RPM-ALX400 and HXM-ALX750 modules. These are quickly combined during installation, and individually upgradeable if requirements later change. The front "RPM" contains the pump, reservoir, electronics, and sensors. The rear "HXM" houses the heat exchanger, fans, and flow meter.

A USB port is integrated for viewing and logging of temperature and sensor data using the Koolance System Monitor application. Rev.2.0 ALX systems add software control options for temperature set point, alarm, trigger relay, pump speed, and fan speed.

  • Cooling capacity: 750W (2559BTU/hr) with 25°C liquid-ambient delta @ 5.5LPM
  • Temperature in °C/°F with set-point based on: liquid (-30 to 90°C), or one of two optional K-type thermocouples (-20 to 120°C)
  • Pump: 10 manual levels, up to 5.5LPM (1.5GPM)
  • Select only values you want displayed on the front 2-line OLED display (fixed or rotating)
  • Show coolant flow rate in LPM/GPM
  • Show pump impeller speed in RPM
  • Show radiator fan speed in RPM
  • Enable audio alarm based on: temperature, flow rate, and/or reservoir coolant level
  • Enable relay trigger (NO or NC) based on: temperature, flow rate, and/or reservoir coolant level
  • Power input: 12VDC, 49W or higher
  • Reservoir capacity: 400ml (13.5 fl oz)
  • 1/4 NPT threads on back for fittings

NOTE: Requires 12VDC input power. Koolance offers a separate power supply for AC wall outlet sources. Inlet/outlet fitting threads on rear of the cooling system are NPT 1/4-inch.
